Spider Noir Episode 1 Review

Episode 1 

We see spider noir webbing through the streets and that voice!!! Hello nick cage!!! We see his love interest ruby died. And that put Ben Reilly on a dark path. Ruby told him “with great power comes great responsibility” 

We find out Reilly is a private investigator. Reilly chases after Addison and we don’t know at first why Addison is a person of interest. Addison sets himself a blaze and tries to go after the private investigator but gets shot, and Reilly and him realize they are both trying to get him. 

We see carmedy hire Reilly to find his wife. We meet Robbie Robertson and he talks to Reilly and says the people could use a hero. 

We find out Silvermane is destroying the city and killing everybody that gets in his way. With the spider gone it’s getting worse 

The goon for silvermane wants to know where Addison is but Reilly asks for more money and silvermane tells him to give him whatever he wants. 

Reilly goes to the bar per usual. We see the woman from earlier in the pent house singing in the bar. 

Silvermane brings the private investigator back from the dead to give him info on Addison and he slits his throat and now he’s really dead 

Cat Hardy and Reilly finally come face to face and her security guard is flint Marko aka sandman. We see Reilly and sandman fighting on the roof. Reilly gets the better of him. And for the first time we see sandman and Reilly is confused and doesn’t know what to make of it. Sandman punches him off the roof but Reilly comes back and manhandles sandman. 

In the final scene, we see Reilly in his office, cat hardy shows up and says flint is missing and she wants Reilly to find him. End of episode! I’m intrigued.
